Another story is unraveling in our school writing group. Please, share your opinions on Cold written by M. P. Faith. Cold is about a young girl who struggles to find whether her ship or love is more important. Having been stuck on a ship for so long that used to belong to her father, yet not having any say or control of it drives her crazy. That's all she's known... The sea. And not being able to do anything with it but sail around as a cook with these wretched pirates that took the ship captive long ago will not go on anymore. With the help of the former captain of the ship, they "escape" and try to come back and conquer the ship's crew together. Meg has it in her mind that she WILL get her father's ship back no matter what lengths she must go through.
