It is said that there were twelve gods who created the world. However, they have been missing for countless Milennia now. The world has progressed and their religion has passed as well with very scarce groups of followers remaining.
Libra, a traveling adventurer of a guild called "The Twilight Blades" finds historical documentation of this religion and embarks on a quest to uncover more of what has been documented.

"The world around her swam with mottled light. How long had she been fighting?" So...in sixth grade we took this computer-skills class. Our final test was to write a short story in Microsoft Word. My story ended up fleshing out into the trilogy I am working on and planning to publish at somepoint in my life, but I realized how incredible my writing skill has improved between just the two or three years. The Humans would create objects that would collect Magic and become Artifacts. These artifacts have the power to wreak havoc on the entire universe if in the wrong hands. A group of Magicians banded together to collect these Artifacts and store them. Whenever the universe was in danger, a new team would form to become powerful Magicians and save the world. They are... The Guardians.
The Children of the Gems
Twelve children were gifted with gems of magic. Twelve children had magic that ran through their blood, and they didn't even know it until it was almost too late. Twelve children were born to twelve different Gods and Goddesses, each having a different power than the one before them. Twelve children were shunned from the world that they grew up in, forgotten except for one who walked amongst them from time to time. Twelve children grew up on their own, with one just turning of age. Twelve children were needed to defeat the evil witch that captured eleven of the twelve Gods and Goddesses that they were sworn to protect. Twelve children were born over and over again until they were ready to face the old Crow that captured them. But the question remains: Are they actually ready, or are the Gods and Goddess praying on a lost cause, and is the world that they know already dead?
