Everything is one by robots, everything is highly technological, cars, motorbikes and schools. Everything is under the control of science. 

3076, MJ Corporation, the most successful business in robotics and science makes a new discovery, Genesis. These microparticles can give whoever takes a pill of them extreme abilities, with the crime rate going higher everyday, they decided to uses test subjects like mouse.
