This clan gave birth to some of the most talented witches , seers , and healers the world had ever seen . The power of the thirteenth clan was so strong it almost threw the planet back into the dark ages of violence and death , but the council settled on an agreement. The third child of every generation of the strongest family from the Thirteenth zone would be gifted to whichever clan was meant to rule the planet at that time through marriage. Their husband would picked by the land though a ceremony over seen by the gods and Mother Nature on the special child's 18th birthday. Her hand in marriage would give her husbands birth clan the power to rule the entire planet for the next 50 years until a new Special third child was born and married off to a different clan .
