Long ago, the world of Terra lived in peace. There the Fire Dragons had a true king. During the King's time, he formed alliances amongst every kingdom outside his own. However, in his golden age, he was betrayed and attacked by the Sky Dragons. Seizing control of the royal family, the Sky Dragons scheduled a public execution of the Fire Dragon King, where his wife: The Ice Dragon Princess, was forced to disembowel him. Weeks later, The Princess attempted rebelling against the Dragons of the Sky, but her rebellion failed. This resulted in the demise of her unhatched children being smashed within their eggs.
One month later, the Fire Dragon Prince escaped with the help of his mate, The General. The two escaped with their lives, and the lives of their unhatched children. The two later ran into a former mage of the royal family. The Mage placed a spell upon the eggs to protect them from harm, but he also cursed them. This curse made these eggs unable to hatch for over two-thousand years.
Five years passed before the Prince and the General were captured. To prevent the two from escaping again, the Sky Dragons placed the two in a prison of ice that would not melt for twenty-thousand years, effectively killing the two lovers.
Today, the eggs of the Prince and General remain untouched, and unfound. However, three of the five have hatched. The hatchlings remain in human form, with no idea of their true lineage.
