Alessandro Bianchi is a Foreign Exchange Student (FES) from Italy with a mysterious past. All the girls at his new high school are interested in him.
Alexis Davis is an American girl that is highly unpopular but also very smart. All the girls at high school pay her no mind.
Both have a passion for robots and programming, and meet in the schools robotics club. They immediately hit it off. Alexis has always had a love for Italy and even learned to speak Italian, and she's more truthful with Alessandro than all the other girls. They become the bestest of friends.
But whats the biggest cliché in the book? Best friends always become something more.
