At the very beginning of quirks existence. What if really there was only one real quirk.. a quirk with no draw back, one where it make quirks, steals and can give them.
You would think. They would be in books or caves, letters. Ya'know but nope. All these year, century's and no one still know the whole Heritage of quirks, they've been researching but haven't gotten any closer to discovering it.
One For All doesn't even know how it's made just that it has been passed down for a good while now. Not even the bad guys know about it. Only once they gotten close to knowing the truth but it slip right through there fingers

However, one day Aizawa and Nezu payed a visit to the exact same mental hospital because they got some lead about a group of villains that were after UA. One day he was fortunately enough to meet the number 1 hero and could finally ask him the question of his life. What will however happen if the symbol of peace gives him an answer he has never though he would hear? More importantly, what will he do once he finds out he still has family out there? Izuku was a strange child, when he was a kid he found out he had a quirk but the doctors had no idea what it was or how it worked. Because of this he tried everything he could think of to try make his mom's or dad's quirks work but absolutely nothing did. As he was slowly pushed away by everyone except for his mother, he had no one, no friends or anything, because of this he gained the hobby of drawing to help him cope with the loneliness. Years passed by and he finally accepted that he was quirkless and because of that everyone all but increased in the bullying making Izuku even more isolated.
