At the very beginning of quirks existence. What if really there was only one real quirk.. a quirk with no draw back, one where it make quirks, steals and can give them.
You would think. They would be in books or caves, letters. Ya'know but nope. All these year, century's and no one still know the whole Heritage of quirks, they've been researching but haven't gotten any closer to discovering it.
One For All doesn't even know how it's made just that it has been passed down for a good while now. Not even the bad guys know about it. Only once they gotten close to knowing the truth but it slip right through there fingers

Quirkless doesn't mean useless but because of how quirkless kids are being treated they often end up dead.. Izuku Midoriya is a kid that was born quirkless. Once his parents found out about this, they immediatelly abandoned him and threw him out on the streets. Now rouaming the steets and barely surviving he still finds a way to help people but not any avarage people, no he saved All for One and the other 4 LOV members. Azrael (Vigilante Deku)
Izuku Midoriya had everything a 4-year-old child could wish for. He had a family, a home and a quirk that was like no other. Thanks to a tragic and very bloody night, he was left with nothing then his own memories of a happy past and his quirk to protect himself. He quickly found out that people are looking at him because of his quirk. All the people ever wanted was his quirk and not him. Years pass, and the little green bean learned to trust no one but himself. If one was to ask him what was his quirk, he would say he was quirkless. It was only a protection measurement he found out to be necessary. After all, a quirkless life was better than a life in a laboratory. One day he was fortunately enough to meet the number 1 hero and could finally ask him the question of his life. What will however happen if the symbol of peace gives him an answer he has never though he would hear? More importantly, what will he do once he finds out he still has family out there? Will Izuku be able to find them? And what will poor Izuku think about his new family? Will they be able to save him from himself? Let's find out! Just a lost tale
A quirk is just a quirk.. but what if said quirk makes you addicted to water? What if it makes you want to be in water the whole day and nothing more. Izuku Midoriya got into his dream school, got a new quirk from All Might and found new friends. What could he even wish for more right? Well wrong! The small greenette was still obeying by the old rules he lived all his quirkless life until he got All Mgiht's quirk. Always having a smile around him.
