When a friend to Falcone's late lover-turned-traitor unexpectedly shows up looking for answers, Victor is eager for the command to get rid of her, but Falcone gives Victor a much less entertaining order: to keep the girl off the scent and convince her of Falcone's innocence in the disappearance of her friend.
Over the course of his mission, though, Victor is forced to come to terms with an unfortunate and uncomfortable reality: some people really do make life more exciting.
