It's the 1800's, the unfortunate tale of one woman in the dark and cold London.
Her name is Katherine/Kali.
She was forced to marry before she finished her studies at the UCL University.
Her husband Cole treated her like she was nothing, he used to beat her, show her to his friends and do unspeakable things to her.
One night she was beaten up so badly that she was laying down on a street bearly conscious.
Adrian a very old and pureblood vampire, finds Katherine and turns her into a vampire as well.
It was the only way to save her.
Later she was brought to an underground house hidden in a graveyard, it was the hiding place of the clan which Adrian led.
Adrian had a brother named Seth, they both didn't get along well.
But once Seth stepped into Katherine's life she started to have feelings for him but was still attached to Adrian since he saved her and showed her how to be a vampire.
Adrian discovered how Katherine felt and became a monster, Adrian and Seth had a huge fight and Seth was hurt.
Once Katherine found out how Adrian truly was, she left him and chose to be with Seth.
There is much more that is going on in this story than this description, a lot of drama, danger, thriller, mystery, romance, and more.
