In the worlds of Harry Potter and Percy Jackson, Harry is eating dinner in the Great Hall and Percy is being chased by monsters. How do the two worlds meet? Simple. Percy falls through the enchanted glass ceiling of the great hall unconscious. Percy doesn't know where he is, only that he's being chased by monsters. Fighting in the sky with Blackjack, there are only two monsters left. The monsters hit Blackjack and Percy with their clubs upside the head, rendering them unconscious and spiralling in different directions. As Percy plummets downwards, Riptide slips out of his hand and slices through the two remaining monsters, killing them out of pure luck. Or is it pure luck? When Percy wakes up in the Hogwarts infirmary and tries to leave, Hecate tell him to stay and protect the Boy Who Lived and his two closest friends. Except how is he supposed to protect people that don't trust him? [2] Diverging Paths: Perseus Jackson, also known as Percy, left his first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry feeling happy and confident that he had actual friends. However, that was before they seemed to forget all about him. He at least had his brother, Harry Potter, but he too had gotten no letters from their friends. Then one day a small creature wearing a pillowcase showed up in their shared bedroom and told them that they absolutely, positively could not go back to school under any circumstance. Of course, the small creature wearing a pillowcase was resolutely ignored and they went back to school to start their second year anyway. Then things started to go wonky, what with all the strange voices and massive spiders. But then things got even stranger. So one day when they wake up in front of a big screen and being told they would hear about the life of The Girl-Who-Lived, the Most Powerful Witch of Her Age, Second Generation Marauder, Descendant of Death-Hemlock Potter, how do the gods and demigods react when they find out Sally and Hemlock are the same person and therefore Percy has a bit more godly blood than he thought-and why is one of his mother's magic buddies calling him a human thestral? On an adventure with no directions on where to go and what to do, they attend a normal Hogwarts year, or at least, as normal as a Hogwarts year with Harry Potter.
