Isabella was known as the sweetest and purest girl in Mystic falls, every gentleman wanted to court her. Every lady would hope to be like her, wishing to find a suitor. Isabella was known as Mystic Falls' fairest maiden. Isabella is not like the other women in Mystic Falls, she doesn't hang out with other women in town. She prefers to spend her time with the Salvatore brothers, staying with them night and day. The brothers would play games with her, not normally fit for a lady, but she dismissed the thought of having to act proper.

Everything changes between her and the Salvatore's when Miss Katherine Pierce arrives, staying at their Mansion. Katherine had taken up both of the boys' time. Isabella rarely saw either of the brothers, forcing her to try and find another way to occupy her time.

As The Salvatores love grew for Katherine Pierce, Isabella's love grew for a Lockwood. Not long after their love had blossomed, he had asked for her hand. When she decided to marry the Lockwood boy, she wanted to share her news with the two people she hadn't seen in a long time. Arriving at the Salvatore Mansion was a mistake, this mistake lead to Isabella fleeing her home.

She travels all around the Globe, finding love, family, friends, and even people she thought she lost. Only after 162 years did Isabella hears the news of the newest doppelgänger, along with a few others from her past residing in Mystic Falls. She returns to her old home, confronting everything she has run from for years.
