Unheard of abilities dot the planet, and angels seem to fall out of the sky and make home on Earth.
Called "UDP's", these women are killed and harassed for having a power they cannot control. The remaining survivors seek place in a safe shelter, only to find it as a trap. There, they are locked in cells made of glass in a high-security prison to be watched over and studied.
One day, the government brings in a new girl who has more dangerous powers that anything they've ever seen before. After that, strange things start happening, and the experiments can't help but feel as though it has to do with the strange girl and her relationship with a power-hungry doctor.

The characters will have to work through hardship and evolve to be able to surrender to the magical things around them and the flow of the universe and the love of other people.
