Broken Rules

Just like in science, Flames of the Dying Will also have a set of rules. For example one of them is "Clouds will not tolerate other Clouds on their territory unless they're either their spawn or very young and even then it is very unlikely that they will allow the baby Cloud to mature enough to become a potential threat" while another one would be "Two Skies can't be left to be nearer another than five kilometers without their guardians, as their flames would attempt to destroy one another".

These very same rules apply to both Sky set and Earth set, proven to be true several times over. But there are few other sets too...
