Marinette finally gets up the courage to talk to Adrian about her crush... only to find out that hes in love with her alter-ego Ladybug. Chat Noir gains an interest in Marinette, especially when he finds her crying in her room and wandering the streets at night on her own. The more time he spends with her, the more he realizes, he truly cares for her. He starts to question his undying love for his lady, realizing maybe their was another girl who was just as much a hero... but who didnt need a mask to show it. how could he have missed her? shed been right there in front of him this whole time. now... could she turn her eyes from the famous model... to the stray ally cat?

Chat Noir stepped closer, pinning her against the railing of her balcony. The moonlight highlighted the dark ridges of his mask and his green eyes shone through the dark leather, as equally enticing and mesmerizing as they'd been that night they danced on the Eiffel Tower. "I'm a cat, Mari." he whispered. He wrapped his arms around her waist and the heat from his body made her shiver in the cold. She pressed her palms against his chest and his warm breath ruffled her fringe. Chat offered her a small smile, her heart hammering in her chest. "And sometimes..." he dipped his head down to hers. "We cats tend to stray." ~~~ While out one night in the park, Chat Noir finds Marinette and tries to escort her home safely. But she's injured protecting him from an akuma and he feels responsible for her. Intent on making it up to her, Chat Noir visits her regularly to make sure she's doing well. Bad things happen when superheroes fall for civilians, but even with the threat of Hawk Moth looming around, Chat can't seem to stay away. Will the risks be worth it in the end?
