Car crashes can be a very nasty experience, but how many times do you wake up in a different world?
This is the case for our main protagonist who must figure out not only where she is but what exactly is happening.
That, and a few other "issues" after waking from a coma.
(Authors note: I know the coma thing is cliche, but I wanted to write something with panic, please leave comments with advice. All advice is highly appreciated!)

A young woman wakes up in the hospital, with no memories other than the fact she had just been horribly injured in a fight, and she has superpowers. It's hard to be surprised by such news when it is the only memory you possess. Superpowers are just a fact of life at that point.
