Without letting myself be known, I eye his features a little closer from behind the door frame. He sits back in his chair reading a set of papers in his hands. His long wavy hair falls on his shoulders; framing in his jawline and dark features. The light grey-blue in his eyes pop because of the jet black hair laying near them. I stare intently at him trying to remember his face because he is easily the most beautiful person ive ever been near. As if he could feel my gaze, his eyes glance in my direction locking my eyes with his. A warm sensation trickles down my spine causing me to let out a breath of air I had been holding in. I stand there locked into his blue orbs until someone knocks into my shoulder causing me to fall into the room. I can feel my cheeks turning a crimson color and slowly gather myself off the floor. I fix my hair and thank the heavens that my mom cut it into a bob before coming here. Without looking up at the mysterious man i push my glasses up and run into the hallway. I stop when I hear a low chuckle coming from the room. I need to keep my freckled nose where it belongs, and it certainly does not belong in the crack of a door staring at people. What would my mother say if she saw me right now? I hope the rest of the year does not go as horrible as my first day is going.
