In the land of Terra Caelum, man is divided between Earth and her skies. The lower classes exist on her surface, and those of riches dominate the clouds. However, all is not safe, and the royal parties of the sky believe a grave danger is to come to the entire land. Aeris, a youthful blacksmith under the wing of his father, is asked to forge the finest broadsword man could ever know - Elendor.  But he wouldn't be prepared on the journey to not only wield his blade, but his destiny to slay the dangers racing to Terra Caelum.
