People with powers exist, believe it or not. And it isn't some magic thing that gave us powers; it's a genetic malfunction that cursed us to a life of living as societal outcasts. In order to stay alive and off the killer's radar, Silas moves in with a doctor and an officer who helped save him, but as he spends time with them, Silas discovers a side to normal people that he's never gotten to see.
