Takes place after Rebooted. Due to a misunderstanding, Jay believes that Nya has chosen Cole and leaves the team. While the others are unsuccessfully trying to find him, a heartbroken Nya finds out she's pregnant with her ex-boyfriend's child (which kinda explains her messed-up emotions, irrational behaviour, and sudden dislike for pudding in season 3 😉).
Six years later, Jay has left his Ninja life behind and is (more or less) happily working as a primary school teacher - which is where he meets an interesting little girl with lightning powers.

🎉*Completed*🎊 Kai lost everything when he was a kid. His parents went missing and soon after both Kai and Nya were force into an orphanage. That is where Nya was taken away from him too. He tried to find where Nya was adopted at but there was no luck and soon after that the orphanage kick kai out as they didn't want to deal with him. He was force to live off the streets for years but when he came across a kid that remind Kai of the hardship of living on the streets, he just had to take him in as his own brother.
