Alice et Stella rentrent d'un voyage autour du monde de presque deux ans. Elles retrouvent leurs deux frères et font la connaissance de leurs amis. De nouveaux sentiments vont apparaître, d'ancien vont revenir mais elles vont surtout apprendre que lors de leur absence beaucoup de choses qu'elles pensaient éternelles ont changés et que d'autres qu'elle aurait aimer voir disparaître sont toujours présentes. Elles vont devoir s'habituer à la nouvelle vie de leurs frère, à la vie dans une grande ville et aussi essayer de survivre à cette stupide grande fête qu'ils ont organisés.
