SYNOPSIS:
This time, our hero Tree discovers that dying over and over was surprisingly easier than the dangers that lie ahead. Picking right up after the events of the first film, Theresa "Tree" Gelbman has finally caught the person murdering her on her birthday when she was placed in the time loop. Tree is beginning to finally feel herself again and now living the life she has dreamed of and has become a better version of herself alongside dating Carter Davis. But after discovering that people close to her now are experiencing the time loop and getting murdered by a babyface killer she realizes the connection. Tree is murdered again and now realizes everyone is in the same time loop with her. Tree now has to catch the new copycat killer before it's too late to save herself and the rest of her friends. This time, death makes a killer comeback.

Suddenly, the safe, insulated world she created for herself is riddled with violence, fear...and a growing pile of dead bodies.
