Alone in his Manhattan apartment on Halloween night, a forlorn and slightly inebriated Jimmy Fallon scrolls through the TV listings in search of something to take his mind off his current troubles.
He finds a Falpal-hosted television show on Channel 919, a public-access channel, airing at midnight. He watches, intrigued ... then very odd things start happening. No one else has seen the program, and he can't find information about it online. Yet the show's host, Alma, seems to know things about him ... and sees things that no one else can.
