James et Johanne Potter sont jumeaux, ils sont nés en 1960. Il y a une coutume chez les Potter qui dit que « les Potter ne se font que par deux », et c'est vérifiable sur plusieurs générations.
La mère de James et Johanne, Euphemia Potter née Jedusor a un frère jumeau qui est Tom Elvis Jedusor. Tandis que leurs père, Fleamont Potter, a eu un frère jumeau toujours, qui est décédée à l'âge de deux ans, à la suite d'un problème de poumons.
Les femmes de cette famille depuis Merlin sont les gardiennes de la magie ou communément appelé « princesse de la magie » étant le fait que pendant la période de Merlin, la gardienne de la magie portait une couronne, cette dernière est d'ailleurs retransmise de génération en génération pendant une cérémonie faite le jour de leur 16 ans (jour où elles obtiennent leurs héritages magiques). C'est-à-dire, que premièrement elles sont composées à 99,99% de magie, donc se sont les personnes les plus puissantes, plus que Merlin et Dumbledore réunit. Et deuxièmement, si elle meurt avant d'avoir fait une descendance, la magie n'existeras plus.

Children of Adaygue Book 1: Mad World
Book One. It's a strange, even mad world indeed. A world where magic once long ago filled the air, and was felt within everything, until humanity explored it's potential for power, destruction, and war. And with it came the true nature of it: Chaos, the source of magic. It nearly ripped apart creation, and thus, some legendary hero took sealed it away to protect the creation from destruction- Adaygue, Great Mother to everyone. On the other side of the planet, in the United Kingdom of America, magic abled people have more possibility to work with their "blessing", if it is viewed more useful. This means to fight against giant beasts from faultlines, that have strange connections to rifts. There is a band of people quite successful with it and one in particular is celebrated like a popstar: Hades, (self-declared) God of the Underworld, trying to survive a world where the only worth a person like him is how much money he generates for the large companies called "guilds". It's a world ruled by chaos. A mad world indeed.
Beauty Is Found Within
The Enchantress spoke, "Until you learn to love another and earn their love in return, only then will the spell upon you be broken. If you cannot, you will remain a beast for all eternity. Remember this, only love can thaw a frozen heart." Repulsed by his haggard appearance he fled from the sight of the enchantress and back to the castle. Where he confined himself to ruling from the shadows, just like his father. That was the year where winter did not leave. The winds grew stronger, bringing more and more bitter cold air with them. The kingdom grew weak. There was little food and the people were starting to lose hope. Then, one day a letter arrived at every home in the kingdom: there was to be a ball held at the palace. Everyone was invited, and everyone went. The time spent in the palace was grand. That was until one of the guests went missing. A young woman was escorted from the ballroom and was never seen again. Spring returned for a short time, and then winter crashed back down upon the land. And another ball was held. People were skeptical and did not want to attend, but they had no choice. Yet another guest went missing, another woman. The parties continued annually. Everyone in the kingdom was forced to go and every year, another person was escorted away. Most years it was a woman, one year it was a man. It has been six years since the beginning and winter is coming, after yet another short spring. It is time for another masquerade.

Kira is also childhood best friends with Hermione Granger. The two girls had always been very, very close and seemed to complement really well. Hermione was the one who loved to learn new things, she always knew the answer to every question, and the one who followed the rules. Kira could care less about school because in her words, "It needed to be more interesting," and she was the one to break the rules. Kira usually did this so her mother would have a reason to come back home. One day, Kira and Hermione both got these strange letters saying that they would both be going to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
