Musical Character Oneshots
I decided I don't have the patience to write a full story, so I'll give one shots a try -- haven't written any before, so don't set your expectations too high. Hopefully they'll get better over time. Also, I probably won't post super regularly (I know I never do, but this time I'll tell you that up-front). These are mainly for when I'm bored and frustrated that I can't find a story (that I haven't already read) online.
The Boot Shiner (Destiny x Male Reader)
(Destiny 1&2 Fireteam OCs x Male Reader Story) DISCLAIMER: If you have not read my Multiverse Destiny story, I recommend just the first couple of chapters to get context whenever that Y/N is mentioned on my character sheet or in the story. In a universe fraught with relentless battles and unyielding darkness taking different shapes, Mox Cuhn, Serenity-1, and Chase Hamley stand together as Fireteam Phantom. These fierce guardians, bound by their duty to protect humanity, find an unexpected connection with a humble guardian outfitter named Y/N L/N. Though NOT a guardian, Y/N crafts and enhances gear with unwavering dedication, dazzling flair, and unrivaled beauty. All taught to him by Eva Levante, an elder who is responsible for all the wonderful techniques he uses now. However, Y/N has a problem of his own, a fight against his own darkness if you will, whilst intertwining with these Guardians in ways he never imagined. Y/N has been battling with cancer, incurable under most circumstances, and is now reaching his final shape. The fireteam of guardians and Y/N eventually discover that even in the face of death, love and friendship can blossom. This tale explores the power of what a connection can do in face of inevitable loss. WARNING: This story is mature, expect mature things. Also, lore and things are bound to be wrong. Welcome to fanfic, touch grass with me. Before you try and act smart or leave correction comments that don't benefit the story, now you know.Complete
A Legend Reborn.
The Golden Age- When the Traveler arrived, a time of peace, prosperity, and infinite possibility sprouted from Earth. Mankind had launched hundreds- if not, thousands- of journeys across the system, connecting Mars, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, even Mercury into an increasingly large web of life and technology. Fast forward to the end of the Golden Age- The Collapse and the Dark Age- alien races surge forth from outside the system- the Eliksni, the Hive, The Cabal, The Vex- all coming for the Traveler. He fought them all, sending his Light, his Power out, crushing the opposition. Then, He was crippled, retreating to a small town. Fast forward to the beginning of our age- The City Age- With His dying breath, The Traveler created the Ghost- small machines that can revive those capable of wielding the Light- His Power- and fight the Darkness. The Hunters scout out terrain, reclaim Dead Zones, and are the eyes and ears of the City- the Warlocks research the secrets of the fundamental ideas of the Darkness, predict future events, and enthrall themselves in the workings of the Light to understand it and to find new ways to work it into the Guardians arsenal- and finally, the Titans, Defenders of the Last City, and the burning lights of hope in the shadows. Honor-driven. Leaders. Warriors. The Protectors of Humanity. Deeply intertwined in the history of the Last City. What happens when one is reborn and becomes one of the few able to wield the flame of hope as his own, to burn off the shackles of darkness that have been crushing humanity's will and hope to dust, What happens when he experiences so much tragedy, so much pain, that he delves into the shadows? What happens, when he finally snaps? And what happens to his loved ones when they are forced to put him down? And what will his Legend become, if he himself threatens the safety of the Last City. --------------- Thanks go out to the wonderful girl that most would know as @ShadowPine for the Cover art. Thanks Kobi!!!!Complete
