(Contains SPOLIERS for Book One!)

Thunderblood. The ruthless Queen of the fox Kingdom known as Darkfang. The Vixen-fox Sophia is needing to defeat, but she hasn't quite figured out how because the only thing Sophia is worrying about is Hazel. Her long lost ally.

She thought she had died in a stroke of bad luck in a fire, but now, she isn't so sure. Seeing the evidence of her existence right before her own two aqua-teal eyes. To Sophia, everything around her seems like some sort of tricks, but she is starting to think this might put her paranoia to the side for now.

For now.

It all feels so surreal to Sophia, like a magician's act. An illusion.

As she goes on, learning about these truly wicked foxes that have a taste for killing, she might just get trapped in all of the smoke and mirrors that seem to be as common as the trees in The Dark Forest itself. How will she solve the mysteries she can't even find?

Let The Fire Start (Editing)

27 parts Complete

I was standing in the middle of the fire, whispering to the fire that always answered. Letting it grow and dance the way it wanted to. It was weird to have all of this fire around you and not have it burn or touch your fragile skin. With each match and whisper the fire grew, but yells found my ears. My name was screamed into the smoke. No, there couldn't be anyone here? I thought I was alone. I am always alone. This is Hazel, she is a normal girl who has a normal life. She doesn't fit in, anywhere, and her parents have forgotten she was there. Typical teenage world. Until the day she finds out about her ex. His shirt and his blood are found, and something abnormal starts to form. She goes out and tries to figure out whats happening. Will she find that another group of species, thought to be fantasy, exist?
