Warmth in the Snow

It's winter time, and there's snow covering all of the country of Japan, but regardless of the weather, villains are still on the loose. However, because of the increased number of vigilantes and big bad villains since your time as a 1-A Hero Course Class-man at U.A, the government has asked for there to be partners among the heroes. Not as for quirk marriages or anything of that sort, but as to lead the number of hero deaths down. And some way or another, your partner wound up being Ground Zero, otherwise known as Katsuki Bakugou.
