These teens have a few things in common. They're all trying to find where they fit into their society. They all feel a sort of detachment from their familial backgrounds, friends, and societies.
They're all human - if you're being generous.
Five stories, occasionally interconnecting. Who else is going to catch the super bug?

No Superheroes Allowed
Long ago a group of superheroes and villains worked together to prevent an invasion. But they managed to kill more people than they saved. Their destruction caused the perception of those with powers to dramatically shift; to the point of outcast. 50 years later crime as only increased to the point where not even the police respond to calls. Few heroes went into hiding to 'play normal'; like my family and I. I live in New Haven City. I've been lucky enough that I don't have powers that attract too much attention --- Everything was going great. Everything was normal. Until Jamie was forced to confront the reality of her situation. The mayor who has been running the NSA was beginning to take drastic measures. Sending many supers off to another island. Stealing their powers. Forcing others to betray their own kind. The victims of these horrific acts are not taking that lightly. Why not make a team of heroes? A team that doesnt give a shit what the NSA or the Mayor has to say. Aren't you ever tired of the same old super hero story? The hero is cool looking with bulging muscles, and always wins. Like, always. Even if the situation is dire and it all seems lost.
