A fire. Caused by twolegs. And suddenly Nightpaw's entire life as she knows it has changed. The four clans that had ruled the territories for centuries have been wiped out. Now the future for any sort of clan rests in the paws of four apprentices. They will need to find a new territory, a new place to communicate with StarClan and, most importantly, cats to form a clan with. Will they survive? This story is set many moons after the great cats during Firestar's time were around. Also, any arcs after the first arc did not happen. Flowerkit quickly discovers that a prophecy between her and three other kits with identical deep blue eyes is planned to save the clans from destruction. Nightkit's mother, brother and sister are killed by a RiverClan invasion while her only remaining sister is kidnapped. Poppykit, the happy go lucky calico kitten, is carefree and innocent. Flamekit, after trying to cure her sick brother, is shunted back in her warrior course.
