Harry Potter is going into his fourth year at Hogwarts. He's been staying with the Dursleys for months, with barely any good food. The little that he has is quickly going stale. Then, he gets a letter. He's going to the Quidditch World Cup, with the Weasleys! And when he meets them, there are some odd people there. They're let into a secret, but some of them are younger than Harry himself. And why are they there?
