I never had any struggle to choose between light and dark,  I wasn't some sappy girl to be lured in by the darkness or gave in from desperation. 

Darkness was always within me, it poured from my every pore.
I was it and it was me.

After having her partner killed by a notorious serial killer, Eva Dawn returns to her job as a detective, eager to catch the murderer and reveal his motives to the world.

Or so everyone imagined.

While, in fact, she did everything in her power to make sure the killer would never be captured.

Will her dark secrets continue to daunt her?
