Life's a highway. Unless that highway is filled with zombies, then it's just a Death Road.

Jaime lives alone in the midst of a collapsed country. Life is pretty boring - believe it or not - when there's no Internet, people to talk to, or anything to eat other than cold baked beans from the can. All Jaime can do to fill his free time is splat zombies, wander, and search for ever-dwindling supplies...

That is until two strangers roll into his town and invite him to join them in their journey to Canada: the last known civilization on Earth - a place free from the threat of zombies. With nothing better to do, and with a twinge of desperation, Jaime accepts.

This throws him into a wild adventure that can't seem to decide if it's a comedy, a tragedy, or both. Not everything is as it seems, and Jaime finds that there is much more than just zombies trying to prevent him from reaching Canada.

Will the dream live on? Or will the horde just grow larger?

This book is based off of the game Death Road To Canada. I played the game, recorded everything that happened as it happened, and used the resulting notes as the plot for this story. Everything here is as it happened in the game, save for some obvious character development and setting tweaks...

I am not affiliated with Death Road To Canada and do not claim to own their trademark. I just did this for fun, because I love the game. DR2C wrote the script, I wrote the book.

Hey, you! Yeah, you. Listen up, dude, because I don't have much time. Actually, I have a ton of time, I just don't feel like repeating myself. South Park is infested with zombies. Yeah, you heard me right. Shuffling around, undead, want to eat you zombies. I'm stuck as some kind of leader of a tiny crew of kids. I don't know what the hell I'm doing, but everyone else seems to think I do, so I guess we're going with that. In a few days the whole town went from being kinda nuts to completely chaotic. Why do people think I'm a good leader? Why'd all the adults leave? Where's literally half of my grade, they can't all be dead, can they? Why are we not allowed to leave South Park? Do they want us die? How long can we keep on living like this? Most importantly, why couldn't I have just gone with Tweek to the stupid bathroom? Now he's M.I.A. and it's my fault. Anyway, I hope maybe you can find some pleasure in reading this. I mean, I would probably get bored, but whatever floats your boat, dude. Gotta run. Clyde's throwing another fit because someone ate his Hot Pocket (Spoiler Alert, it was me). See ya later, stranger. -Craig **NOTE: the story is not written as journal entries by Craig, I just thought it would be a fun little bit to put as the hook. Apologies if it is misleading.** **ALSO NOTE: the mature content warning is for language, and language only. Well, and I suppose gore and violence, but that depends on what you define as gore and violence**

Following a woman who after cutting off her old life and moving to a small town in rural Wisconsen to start a new, a comical series of events, follows, fuled by pettiness and spite, leading her down a spiral of madness and the paranormal. This is a story of comical shenanigans, revenge, fantasies, and grizzly revelations. Ok, so yall know the drill with the whole (Y/N), (S/C), (E/C), etc. I'd also like to note that I'm dyslexic so sorry for any errors in the writing of the story. There is also profanity, more mature content, mention of mental health issues, gore, cannibalism (obviously), a few explicet jokes here and there, in this so reader you have been warned. You're a young adult woman who has recently just moved to a small town in the middle of nowhere. Unfortunately for you, this town just so happened to be next to a cursed forest with entities that often put you in danger. But you end up making out with one of the hot ones, so it's ok 👍 Also, this is a bit of a slow burner. Thought I'd just mention that
