Hi, I'm Gabriel Priam. I'm 15 and I used to live in a dormitory. Anyway, uh, it's 2052. There are rainbow lasers, face-melting plasma, spaceships, guns that fly, guns that walk, and a whole lot more. Really tough trying to live here. Everyone wants to rob you, blow something out, and they REALLY want to do both. Crazy, or so I thought. That's when my normal life got kamikazed. My plans ruined. And when this story begins.

New Normal
I learnt the hard way that wanting to be normal is just wishful thinking. More specifically when I found out who my dad really was. Then again, having a child while I was still a kid myself already sealed the deal on being anything but normal. But I was happy, for a moment. Until I was introduced to an entirely new world or worlds that I wish I wasnt apart of but now its impossible to avoid.
the gem of Thunder #1: the quest begins
My friend at school told me he was writing a book called this but didn't know what it was going to be about, so I said "why don't we both write a version of it and then compare them to see what we each did differently," so this is it! This story is about a man called max who dies in an accident and finds himself on a giant spaceship. Where a select few go to look eternally for the gem of thunder, and nobody has obtained it yet. This book is getting a rewrite! I am not satisfied with how it turned out, and it needs reworking for me to finish off the storyline.Complete

I have a secret that I don't share with most. I've been swept up into something bigger than anything I could ever imagine, and now I'm involved with more than just this one world. Our universe is bigger and more amazing than anyone realizes. Reality is merely subjective; we judge it based on what we experience and perceive, even when others do not share the same experiences. As amazing as it is to hear about someone finding their soulmate, it's something that can just as easily tear a person limb to limb, leaving nothing behind but dust. (4) Defence Society Part I: Time to Form the Union Mod Maker forms a team, Defence Society of Primia to confront what he believes to be a new evil. (5) Defence Society Part II: War of Two Planets Anti-Brian, the God of Evil arrives to take over what he believes is his planet, Primia. (6) Defence Society Part III: Hope is Required Mod Maker has failed. A resistance has risen to find him to stop Anti-Brian which might lead to the end of their planet. (7) Defence Society Versus Time Brothers While a journey to Earth. Mod Maker and the Defence Society of Primia confront a new type of villains. The Time Brothers. Which control time. There was a planned (but never made) eighth (or more) part(s) which would have Mod enter into the multiverse. I want to resurrect the idea. Well, in their quest for scientific breakthroughs, our brilliant, overachieving ancestors unknowingly rewrote the entire genetic playbook for our bloodline-long before I was even conceived. By running experiments on themselves, they inadvertently spliced and hardcoded their DNA with something not even they fully understood. The result? Earl Williams the 28th. Born with a delightful grab bag of 5th-dimensional (5D) abilities, including, but not limited to, immortality. And I know what you're thinking. 'Wow! Immortality? That's incredible!' Well, let's see if you feel the same way after falling in love with your soulmate, watching them grow old and die, while you just keep on, existing. Turns out, eternal youth isn't all it's cracked up to be. In fact, it can be less of a gift, and more of a life sentence. Just after Earl's 400th birthday he discovered his 5th dimensional abilities could take him pretty far; literally. As in intergalactic travel. Over time he met other interdimensional beings. Such as Draco, a powerful 4D being who motioned for the ICU to immediately annihilate all of humanity, in order to give Earth time to rebuild its natural resources. Initially, the Intergalactic Chamber of the Universe granted Draco permission to follow through with his murderous plan. However, Earl stepped in and pleaded for humanity's relocation instead of their annihilation. You see Earl himself was earth born. Only as a teenager, did he discover his 5D abilities. He saw the progress humanity had been making. He knew they had learned from their past environmental failures. In his opinion, the people of Earth didn't have to die. All they needed was a new start on a different planet.Complete

As the narrator, I'm tempted to simply write "Middle Finger" because that is essentially what you'll feel like I'm giving you in telling this story. However, for the sake of not being a complete dick, I'll write a little more than just a description of a disrespectful gesture. This story can aptly be described as crude and deranged. As you may have surmised, a crazy person will be telling this story, and the characters involved are indeed also all crazy in their own special ways. So, given this exercise in mental illness, the topics touched on (in no particular order) in this tale are destruction, death, superpowered wackos, torture, pain, loneliness, chaos, the will to survive, never giving up, giving up and not giving a shit, the desire to protect, failing to protect and causing more trouble than was already present, disappointing and/or abusive parental figures, bullies, unjust punishments, just punishments, racism, violent and usually superpowered fights, sci-fi gadgets, bitterness, sarcasm, twisted and demented comedy, control or lack thereof, weird and awkward high school drama, lies and brainwashing, alien aggression, moral ambiguity, unhinged villains, fantastical weapons, a piece of shit main character, conditional friendship, a fuck load of musical references, anger, fear, depression, extra-dimensional creatures, godly powers, various esoteric connections, pop culture references, and of course, in general, superpowers.Complete

I lost myself somewhere between space and time. I repeated my name over and over, refusing to leave myself behind. But the more I decintigrated, the more of myself I lost, until everything, my name, Timmy's smile, even my parents were forgotten. I found nothing but black space and white silence. The longer I stayed, however, the more vivid the colors became, and then they began to take shape. After what felt like hours, I was myself again, strapped to a chair with Jesse materializing in front of me. I'm Stasey. When the aliens attacked Earth, myself, my best friend Jesse, and my "friend" Timothy may have been the only people to survive. We're on a quest to find other survivors and potentially save our planet, but to do that we have to avoid being shot, eaten, or falling in love. But sometimes things work out differently than we expect, and we have to make the decision: sacrifice ourselves for the ones we love, or the ones we love for the ones we can save.Complete

Heather has lived her entire life believing her mother is crazy. She doesn't believe the stories that were told to her as a child, the stories about men descending from the sky to take her. She doesn't envision a life beyond this, never expected to leave her mother until she is forced to in the most unexpected way. When the men from the sky take her instead. *** It was a short debate but enough to push me over the edge. Pher was right. I was making this too difficult. I should just do it. I had been fighting myself on this for too long. I didn't care what he was, I wanted this. I stared at his lips as he spoke, my own tingling in response. "I could show you that if you wanted. Most of the other things you can do are outside of the esta-" I pushed up on my toes and crashed my mouth to his. My actions were unexpected and rushed. I could tell by his reaction. He reared back but not enough to separate us. His hand flashing to my arm to still us and then he froze. I thought for a second, based on his lack of response, I had picked the wrong time. Or maybe he had changed his mind from two days ago. I went to pull away, flushing lightly with embarrassment. I didn't get to disconnect our lips before he unfroze and reacted. His grip tightened, his other one going to my hair to hold my head in place as he kissed me back with more intent than I even had started with. My body flushed for a different reason now.Complete
