Numbers. That's all I know, its all I will ever know. Agents, Assassins, and Hitmen all above any written law. It's easy to abuse that power when you are one of the three. Numbers is the only legal agency that can break any written law because the agency was created to protect the people. Everyone knows that Numbers exists, they just don't know where the agency is, and who the agents, assassins and hitmen are due to secrecy within the agency and for those who apart of numbers safety.
