When Johann realized that their school administration will never catch his bully tormenting him, he also realized that telling the adults about it might not solve his dilemma---he tried to anyway, to no use. He was dismissed by her mother who serves as a vendor in the RTC whose Presiding Judge is the bully's father.

The inability to make his bully liable for harming him in all the ways there is---he knows he's got to take the matters into his own hands. Screw accountability, maybe giving his bully the taste of his own medicine may work. Having nothing to lose, he's ready to risk it all.
