A glimpse into Hermione's head in the book The Philosopher's Stone. Hermione Granger has been accepted into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, she never even knew it existed! She has been to Diagon Alley and even though she is a muggle-born she has all her books and read all of them. She has her wand, it is 10 3/4, made of vine wood and dragon heartstring. She hopes the Ride on the Hogwarts Express is smooth, she believes she is ready for anything that comes her way, but she has no idea what adventures are coming her way.
