The Figura

Mirakel Penwood lives in a country invisible to the common race of Ordinaries, or humans. When she turns 15, she is assigned a trainer that will teach and discipline her to shape-shift. But Mirakel is not any shape-shifter. She's a Figura. One in a thousand shape-shifters are granted the gift of being a Figura. When she shifts for the first time, she discovers her spirit animal - the white tiger. The symbol of elegance, pride, courage and leadership. She undergoes tough challenges and examinations to ensure that she is up to standard. Of course her status as a Figura grants her the ability to shift smoothly and efficiently, better than normal shape-shifters. Ordinaries discover the race of the shape-shifters one day and it's up to Mirakel and the other Figuras to keep their secret safe.
