August is a normal small town girl with a mother that has strange religious beliefs such as no mirrors at night. She thinks. Until she meets Darrin. A tall, dark and handsome youngman that appears in her back yard one night at midnight with eyes like no human.
Now Darrin and August are embarking on a journey to save their people. The Apache Indian tribe. But August isn't prepared to be what she is... The monster inside. A wolf.
August shocks everyone with her aggressive side and Darrin wonders if making her a full blood would help matters any. But it's a chance he has to take to save everyone. Until someone from his past threatens him and August.
