Mona isn't a ordinary or average 18 year old girl. She has bright turquoise hair,is almost never seen without her headphones blasting post hardcore or metal core, has severe anger issues, and a dark, abusive past. In addition she has to take care of three younger siblings all by herself. Her only salvation seems to be her very best friend June. The two of them are inseparable. Will all of that stop Mona from graduating and finding her right path? Or will her past and present get in her way? The very answer seems to lay in the close relationship between two best friends.
