Welcome the Black Parade organization. The Black Parade is where gifted children and some adults learn to use their powers correctly. At Black Parade HQ kids learn normal subjects and also some on how to maintain their powers at a minumum. Robecca Buscema longs to be normal. She is the only one out of the gifted students who can destroy the world by accident. Her parents are the creators of the Black Parade.
