(taken from episode 9, season 1) In a universe where Madoka Kaname was able to snap Sayaka Miki out of being a witch, her soul gem reappeared and her grieve seed along with it. Kayoko Sakura and Madoka Kaname decided to take it to the hotel where Sayaka's lifeless body was and the soul gem and grieve seed went back inside of Sayaka's body, makeing her alive and human again.
