Imagine living lifetime after lifetime after lifetime with curses that travel with you through each time. Imagine never remembering any of the parents you had except the very first. Imagine remembering every detail of every lifetime except the first. Imagine roaming the earth and being pushed by an unknown force to just move. Imagine some of the worst curses. But which one is the worst? The never ending chain of lifetimes? The pain of never remembering who any of your parents are? Never being able to trust? Or is it the one curse that gives little to no answers and yet holds all the answers, is it the curse of remembering everything after the curses were set in place or the curse of remembering why the curses are on you in the first place?

"How can Cupid... how could you be so cruel?" I curse lowly. Who could have imagined something like this happening to me? It had been so long since everything happened, but somehow the pain in my heart never left. The memories starts to flashback into my mind as I start to process what is happening in front of me, and why my past heartbreaks are all gathered at the same place. Nightmare, my childhood friend and first love. My first ever heartbreak. I tend to find him in everyone I have loved. He was cold and unpredictable but he was also warm and considerate at times... He was complicated but I loved all of him. Error, the one I chased over and one I was not willing to give up. He stood up from the rest and gave color to my world. All my poems were dedicated to him and him alone. Dust, possibly my other half. He felt like my soulmate. Everything about him made me feel like we were meant for each other. We shared the same interests about everything but I was wrong about one thing. We didn't share the same feelings. His heart belonged to my best friend. Killer, a flirty guy who people often rumored as the playboy. Most girls had fallen in love with his charm and personality. I was one of those unfortunate ones who fell right into his trap. But I... I saw something in him that other people couldn't see; there was something beneath those sweet grins. Horror. My comfort. My home. The one who filled the gap. The one who I think of every little nice thing. I love him so much to the point where I feel like the pain that would come with it would be worse than death. It had to be avoided. Cross. I was always drawn into him. He was my best-est friend. The one who I can count on everytime. The shoulder I can lean to when needed. The one who made me feel like I am the best thing that ever happened in his life. He was perfect while I am just... me. So why did I have to see them again? Why now? Love is not something I want to go through again... never again. <\3

"You will seek death but you will not find it. You will long to lose consciousness but ever present you shall stay. Finally alone you will shrivel up and die without your own kind in all your magnificent splendor, and only after everyone you love is dead. By then, it will no longer matter, for when you finally have your light you will depart from it faster than fire from a raging wind. But perhaps you would have comfort yet little one. Death is a sweet thing in a world like this." Cursed by a Wishing Dragon when she was only a dragonet, Stygian sets off in search of a cure, leaving behind everyone she knows and loves. On her journey for help she meets more enemies than friends, with a little red fox as her only companion. At last she finds Turbulence; God of Confusion; the only one who can save her, or so he or she claims. *** Fyran, the Librarian's Apprentice is on the hunt for Leviathan; a legendary beast long foretold by prophecy, a prophecy she had disregarded as an old fable. Yet, ever since her father stumbled into their broken down house one dark night covered in blood and deliriously talking about a dragon with iron teeth, Fyran is no longer so sure. After her father dies and renders them all penniless, Fyran goes in search of this creature to take revenge-and the huge bounty on its head issued by the King of Sufta. Perhaps she will be successful and they'll no longer have to grovel as the poorest of the poor, and at the very least she'll acquire justice for the murder of her father, the only father she's ever had. But there is an old and forgotten prophecy as old as time fast approaching on the horizon. Nobody can stop it, fate is a force that can't be reckoned with, and everything that ever has and will ever happen to every citizen has already been foretold in their scrolls. The fate of Sufta is uncertain, and powerful forces are at play, but who has enough discernment to understand a long forgotten prophecy that's been dismissed by generations?

"I'm glad you were able to break the curse. But now you'll have another one. One only I can break. You won't ever disobey me again Eva Kim. Now you are dead to me, and dead to the world and maybe one day, you will finally be truly dead. But for now, you and your friend will suffer forever." - - After being separated from her mother, Eva Kim is cursed by her own despair. Years later, and it remains as an issue in her life, until she finds a way to finally get rid of it. She concludes she needs to find her mother again, but in the process, she meets a peculiar boy who breaks it for her. However, things don't remain well for the two of them, as soon, the two are given a life changing curse, one that may take a lifetime to break. - - - - I probably should've written this part months ago but there's a sequel to this now. It's called "Scarred."
