It's 1938 and on a cold December night in San Antonio, Texas, a train rams into a school bus that was returning from a field trip, killing all ten of the children onboard. After the tragedy, Eric Ellis, a young policeman trying to make a name out for himself, gets spooked while patrolling the area. As the week goes on, Ellis learns more about the accident and that there really are such things as ghosts.
In this fictitious telling of true events, which also happens to be a ghost story of suspense, mystery, and terror, author Andy Lind hopes to shed some light on the popular urban legend and explain why little ghost children like to push cars over railroad tracks at night.
