That Kitten, Found Sebastian X Reader Book 1
I was running into town, away from my master. Who had whipped me again. When I turned a corner, I ran into a tall man. "I'm so sorry" I said as the man turned around. He had ruby red eyes and black... No... Raven black hair. He wore a white button up shirt, black pants, black vest, and a black tail coat I assumed he was a butler. He smiled and said, "No worries." "Sebastian, let's go home." Said a man with dark hair that had a bluish hue to it, and sparkling sapphire eyes. Well one eye if he had and eye under his eyepatch. "Who's this?" I curtsied to him and I said, "I am _____, maid to the Albecury family." "I am The Earl of Phantomhive. And I see you've met my butler, Sebastian." Sebastian bowed and looked up at me and smirked. I could feel my face turning all shades of pink. "I also see you don't have a good master. So how about you come with me?" The sun beat down on my skin, my tattered clothes showed parts of skin that where exposed to it's harmful rays. My bare feet sunk into the ground, their angry screams echoed behind me, encouraging me forward.I stopped at a clearing, whipping my head around I looked for a sign that would show me that that was the direction to flee towards. The yells of villagers came increasingly closer, taunting me, calling me foul names making me fear my fate even more. I looked over to the right of the clearing, seeing a flash of black through the thick leaves fly over he edge, I ran towards that direction. I ran faster than I had ever before, with the fear of losing my life keeping me going. And I hoped, that if I ran far enough, I would escape with my life. ------ A cabin, hidden deep in the woods was where I spent my ten years of life before my family was taken away from me before my own very eyes. They chased me, hunted me down, tried to kill me. All because I was different. I spent years on the run, adopting the life of a criminal, taking the worst path of life. Mute - Revised (A Black Butler Fanfiction)
"I take an unsteady breath, pulling out my gun and twisting it over and over again in my hands, trying to find comfort. If I even remotely mess up this weekend, my horse is . . . oh God, what'll they do to her? Hurt her? Kill her? Would I be able to do anything to stop them? What - when - how- I stop my hands, drop the gun on my bed and enter my closet. I find a simple lavender dress that flairs at the hips and twirls when I walk or spin. I slip my gun into the pocket Dana sowed into the dress for that exact purpose. I look at myself in the mirror, then throw my dad's jacket over it. I stare at my reflection. My dull brown hair. Bizarre eyes. Zero curves or any sort of appealing body shape. Mother has nothing to worry about. No boy would ever find a girl like me attractive. I don't stand a chance." For Mute - Revised, the plotline and characters are almost exactly the same as in Mute, but this is rewritten and includes more personality. If this piece is continued then I will add the same continuation(s) to both works. Thank you, and enjoy!Complete
