"What?" He asked, pulling me from my daydream again. I chuckled, biting my lip again. "Are you thinking about me naked?" He asked jokingly. I blushed heavily, tucking my hair behind my ear. "No, of course not." I babbled nervously. "Well not of course not, but." He cut me off, laughing softly. "It's fine babe, relax." He grinned, rubbing my cheek softly. "You can picture me naked anytime you want. Well as long as you get to be naked with me." He purred. I blushed again, tucking my legs into my arms. Aubrey Webber is a small town girl from Southern Illinois, having grown up in a single family home. She found that she was caring, patient and even understanding at times. It was just her, her mother Mary and her brother Steven, until her mother remarried. When she meets Alex Walsh, a wealthy, athletic superstar from the right side of the tracks. She felt like it was too good to be true. She finds herself at a standstill when Alex decides to cheat with the slutty JV cheerleader captain Kristen Snyder. When she ends up in trouble at school and Alex even starts to feel the pressure on the newfound relationship. Both their parents disagree and they find themselves fighting for their love. A situation arises, Aubrey and Alex seem to have an unbreakable bond. Can their bond last through one of their biggest obstacles yet? Or will it end in the same turmoil it began with?

A reflection. Do you like yours, love yours or hate yours? There's many people in this world who dislike theirs, not because of the physicality that they see in a mirror, but because they know what's lurking behind the eyes that stare. So much can be seen in yourself from your own pair of eyes, things that others don't seem to see. Do you know why that is? That's because no one knows you better than you know yourself. A pair of eyes could seem so kind, warm and innocent to the world, but only yourself could know the true darkness behind them. There's one person in this world who knows exactly what I'm talking about. He knows the infuriating, angering feeling of the painful suffering he experiences when his own eyes meet his reflection's. Deadly, severe, menacing: is what he sees. Everyone who looks into them simply see a bright pair of ocean eyes. Blue. That's all they see. But only himself knows he's drowning in the tidal waves of their deep ocean. And no one cares enough to notice, to help, or to save. Until her. She used to think fire was more murderous than ice. Little did she know, that would all change at first glance. She saw the eyes, she noticed their blue, she stared for a second too long, and now she knows that there's no going back. He'll claim her. ~If I take a step away from him, he takes a step closer to me. If I run, he'll find his way back.~ ~I'm trying my goddamned hardest to not act on the ache I'm feeling to place my lips on hers, just to have a little taste, because I don't want to appear as some sex-driven teenage boy who just wants to claim her body. Because I don't. I want to claim her heart.~ *Mature content: Strong language, aggressive behaviour, sexual content etc.* Note: Don't skip past the prologue. A bit of the dialogue or description in the first half of the book may seem slightly immature; I'll have to edit that when I get the chance. Started: 31/08/18 Completed: 02/04/19
The Summer I Felt Pretty. by Moonlit_Novelist

Alex.. That's all I remembered that summer night 3 years ago.. It was my 19th birthday and I was celebrating at the beach house, like we always did. Together. This summer was different. This summer was magical.. However, All I could remember was the tanned skin, in my bed, the morning after, cursing under his breath, searching for his clothes. All I remembered was his first name, after I peeked at a message that lit up on his phone, asking "Where are you, Alex? It starts in an hour." I remember the day before, but due to the alcohol in my system, it still was a blur. All i remember was the steamyness we shared and that he was in a rush, saying absoluetly nothing. Until he was gone.. I have been to that beach house every birthday since.. It's like he vanished and was only a memory. He only existed that one day on my 19th birthday. The laughs, the sun, the warm fuzzy feeling. It was perfect. Until it was gone. Vanished. It was the only time I felt like me, warm fuzzy, in the beach I loved, the mysterious man I met just that morning at breakfast who I spent the entire day with, it was the first summer I felt like myself ironic enough, falling for a man who i just met, He made me feel alive more than ever. He sent a spark in me. It was the first and only summer, I felt pretty inside AND out. Until I saw him.. 10 feet away from me. A beautiful woman attached to his hip, arm around her and PREGNANT. My world crashes around me and I can't breathe.

Her foster family is forcing her to attend the Heartgrove Academy, where their devil spawn attends, along with his two friends who have way more testosterone than they know what to do with. In the throes of a turf war, will Allyson be saved by her overbearing men, or sent to the wolves without a second thought? THIS IS A WHY CHOOSE STORY (meaning that our leading lady will end up with all three of her love interests) AND CONTAINS MATURE TOPICS AND ACTIONS INCLUDING DEATH, DEPRESSION, SUICIDE, SELF-HARM, SEXUAL ASSAULT, FOUL LANGUAGE, AND SEXUAL CONTENT READ AT YOUR OWN RISK. (Side note, my writing style is ever changing so if chapters re-update with slight changes I apologize in advance. I have a clear idea of where the story goes, but in making sure things are consistent, I tweak things here and there. Enjoy the ride!)
