That's My Girl; The Snow Baby

Single 23-year-old LeiAnn Barker is driving home in a blizzard when she finds a lump on the side of the road. That lump turns out to be a 2-year-old girl with purple toes and fingers. The little girl is unconscious, but wakes up Christmas morning, reveaing her purple eyes. Meanwhile, the police and FBI have been looking for clues and matching DNA, but so far haven't found anything. LeiAnn is faced with the decision of where'd to care for the child until she finds a home or to turn it down and she can live in an orphanage until then. Who are the parents? What will LeiAnn chose? Why was the girl on the road that blizzard-y night?
