A/N: this was inspired by Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation.
Thousands of years ago, heaven decided to bestow powerful twin brothers to the mortal world in order to stabilize the world's yin and yang. The twins were then born to a rich kingdom called Hua Long. Just like their names, one was cold and ruthlessness, while the other was gentle and humble. Despite that, neither of them ever hated the other's presence. They were inseparable like two peas in a pod.
However, one unfortunate incident led these two brothers to separate. This caused the Yang brother to be cheated and murdered, while the Yin brother who fought at the demon realm died a mysterious death... The gods wailed at this sight thus transforming the brothers' souls into striking swords that had a golden symbol of the yin and yang embedded into them. The Demon King who witnessed this was fascinated by the Yin sword's beauty and decided to add it into his treasure collection. The Yang sword was protected by the righteous sect cultivators. Even after thousands of years later, the Yang sword was kept in a secluded area where not even the greatest sect masters were allowed to enter.
At present, the most shocking news circulating in the cultivation world and threatening the righteous sects was the rise of the new Demon King. But what made them tremble with fear was, the legendary Yin sword had finally chosen its master who happened to be this young and promising Demon ruler... Unlike the other immortal swords, the Yin and Yang swords had the right to choose its master. However, the Yang sword still remained in silence...
