What if James wasn't the only person who had been under HYDRA control during CA the Winter Soldier? What if there had been another person who was his partner that had been with him in D.C.? A man who had been teamed up with the Soldier and had been trained to be just as vicious as his partner. The man who had been paired with the Soldier was the Iron Wolf, but HYDRA had never expected that the man would become more loyal to the Soldier than to HYDRA, they had not looked that far ahead.
