(Based off the film Suite Francaise) The invasion of France is a success. France is trapped in the village his vacation home is located in, Belgium, a fugitive country lives with him, and the aloof Germany is quartered with them. Germany is France's enemy, and his troops have made his people miserable. If only blaming Germany for everything were that simple. Living with the enemy and learning about his enemy each and everyday makes France rethink his thoughts on Germany as a person and as a culture. It also makes him rethink his feelings on Germany. It is indeed a problem when one must ask themselves "who needs friends when I have enemies like you?", and you fall deep for that very enemy.All Rights Reserved
