this is a world where humans have supernatural powers. well, 90% of the population does, 9%have duo powers, and the last 1%, nothing. to use your power, you must inject a special serum into your bloodstream. this is injected by a device which is triggered via a telekinetic implant in the brain. the device has a set amount of serum in it and a dose is a limited amount, you can go over the amount, at a cost. We follow the son of a soldier who died with the knowledge of something shocking.

I'm not like wonder woman, supergirl or catwoman. The only similarity we share is that we all have an extraordinary ability and are females.
