Permetheus is a ancient Tunneller dragon thought to be lost forever. Tunneller dragons were thought to be extinct until an egg arose ,from an egg mill, to be under the will of a commoner.
All dragons that are born usually have a chosen master by the king. Tunneller dragons were killed because of their ability to chose their master at birth. So when Permetheus finally hatches everyone is shocked and is hunting the dragon and his master Mira.
Permetheus as he is told that he is the creature that will bring peace to the world. Rebels look for him hoping it isn't to late to change the fate of the world. It's in his claws now.
